Members of the movie „Generation P“, including director, co-writer and co-producer Victor Ginzburg, who studied filmmaking at the School of Visual Arts in New York, and subsequently made several successful music videos featuring various artists (Belinda Carlisle, Jody Watley, Lou Reed). His debut was with the documentary "The Restless Garden" (1994) famous for being a provocative piece of art. In „Generation P“ Ginzburg tackles the complex original novel to create a satirical and post-modern take on Russia’s entry into the capitalist world.
